งานระบบปรับอากาศ ออกแบบ จัดหาและติดตั้งระบบปรับอากาศในอาคาร และโรงงานเครื่องเป่าลมเย็น (FCU), เครื่องจ่ายลมเย็น (AHU), เครื่องทำน้ำเย็น (Air Cooled Chiller & Water Cooled Chiller), เครื่องสูบน้ำหมุนเวียน (Chilled Water Pump & Condenser Water Pump), หอผึ่งลมเย็น (Cooling Tower), ระบบบำบัด และปรับสภาพน้ำในระบบน้ำหล่อเย็น (Water Treatment for Cooling Tower) ตลอดจนระบบปรับอากาศขนาดกลาง และขนาดเล็ก (Commercial & Unitary Air Conditioner) พร้อมทั้งบริการหลังการขาย ตรวจเช็ค, ซ่อมแซม ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ระบบปรับอากาศต่าง ๆ ตลอดจนการให้บริการคำแนะนำ ในด้านการปรับปรุง, แก้ไขระบบปรับอากาศที่มีปัญหา จากการติดตั้งหรือการเสื่อมสภาพของเครื่องจักร หรืออุปกรณ์

ออกแบบ และติดตั้งระบบการจ่ายไฟฟ้าภายในอาคารและโรงงาน ติดตั้งหม้อแปลงไฟฟ้า (Transformer), ระบบไฟฟ้าแรงสูง (Switch Gear), ระบบปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพไฟฟ้า (CB),ตู้จ่ายไฟ (MDB), ระบบสำรองไฟฟ้าฉุกเฉิน (Electric Generator) และงานติดตั้งระบบจ่ายไฟให้กับอุปกรณ์งานเดินรางและสายไฟ งานบริการดูแลและบำรุงรักษาหม้อแปลงและตู้ไฟฟ้า

งานเดินท่อน้ำประปา(Plumbing), ท่อดับเพลิง (Fire Fighting), ท่อจ่ายน้ำระบบปรับอากาศ (Chilled Water Pipe & Condenser Water Pipe) งานติดตั้งเครื่องสูบน้ำ (Cold Water Pump) สำหรับระบบจ่ายน้ำในอาคาร และเครื่องสูบน้ำดับเพลิง (Fire Pump)
